This is please an online Arts magazine.  This magazine is beginning with a do it as it happens methodology.  
The intention is to take advantage of the continuous update capacity of an online magazine.  There is no intended "print" version of the complete site.  
The "do it as it happens" method implies that the available content and the magazine edition will be updated as new content arrives. 
     (This is done with the Reader(s)/Viewer(s) and the Artist(s) in thought.)      

     What this means for Contributors is an increased chance of inclusion / publication.  
          Hopefully, the method will create quicker response and publication for Artists.
     What this means for Readers and Viewers is free and diverse content and more constant availability of new material.

     
	Also, those who participate from the beginning (provided the participation is mutually agreeable) 
	will retain a preference after time and growth refine selectiveness, etc.
